How it works
- 1
You call or send photos
Tell us what needs doing. A few photos usually answer half our questions, so we can quote without driving out first.
- 2
We come out and price it
We look at the actual conditions, explain what the work involves, and give you a written number. No pressure, no surprises later.
- 3
We do the work
Licensed and insured, one crew from start to finish. You get a one-year warranty on workmanship.

Common questions
How fast can you start?+
Small jobs usually within a week. Kitchen and bathroom remodels are scheduled two to four weeks out — we'd rather give you a real date than a date we can't hold.
Do you charge for the estimate?+
No. Photos are free to send and we'll give you a range right away. An on-site estimate is also free.
How do you price the work?+
Fixed price for the job, agreed before we start. You'll know the number in writing. If something unexpected turns up behind a wall, we stop and talk to you first.
What if something goes wrong after you finish?+
One-year warranty on workmanship. We come back and fix it. Licensed and insured means you also have real recourse if it ever came to that.
Are you licensed and insured?+
Yes. CSLB license 1121642, class B-2 Residential Remodeling, and $2,000,000 general liability insurance. You can look the license up at cslb.ca.gov.
How do I pay?+
Deposit to schedule, then payments tied to milestones, balance when the work is done and you're happy with it. Check, card or transfer.
